New Zealand:

Standard Shipping – A cost of $10.00 will be applied at checkout for all orders shipped throughout the country, we ask that you allow 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered from dispatch date.  

Express shipping – $12.00 NZ wide, please allow 1-3 business days from dispatch date. 

Rest of World:

Upon checkout we will apply a $20 flat rate for all deliveries outside of New Zealand, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered from dispatch date.

• Orders over $120 will be shipped free of charge

Note:

If your item is lost or damaged throughout the delivery process, Rough and Grumpy will offer a full store credit. Cash returns will not be accepted. Transport schedules may add another day to next day services between some towns and cities. Delivery to rural addresses can add between 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times.

• Delivery times may vary due to the NZ Post Delivery Network. RAG is not responsible for any delays or customs charges that may relate to your online purchases.
• RAG is strictly a Mon-Fri business so we will not process shipping Saturday through Sunday 
• Delivery times may increase during promotional periods.
• Please allow 24hours to process your order if it was placed on a Weekend or Public Holiday
• Express orders placed before 2:00pm NZST in Metro areas should be received the next business day. This service takes 2-3 business days to most other areas.
• Once your order has been scanned you will receive a shipping email and you will be able to begin tracking your shipping.
• Orders will be delivered between 7am and 9pm. If you’re not home when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox including information on how to collect your parcel at your nearest NZ Post outlet.
• If you know that you may not be home when your order is delivered we suggest leaving a comment in the box labelled “Delivery Instructions” as the driver will be able to leave your parcel in a safe space. 
• Once your parcel has been delivered to the shipping address, Rough and Grumpy takes no responsibility for any damage, loss or theft that may occur.
